Narrow pallet and deep bite

I’ve recently found out that I have a narrow pallet. I also have a deep bite/ over bite on top of that. What do I need to tell my orthodontist so they can fix my face

im frauding a bunch of issues this is what @Orka told me to say. ( you've got crowding issues with ur teeth, you find it hard to chew big pieces of food, and have chronic mouth breathing. You're also concerned for long-term TMJ issues after you did some research) so yea thats what im going with

I don’t mouth breathe I do have 1 of my front teeth coming out because I was a retard and didn’t wear my retainer a while ago which I think caused my pallet to become narrow

Also I did have an expander when I was younger but not wearing the retainer probably made that pointless

My parents told me that the insurance won’t pay for more stuff cus I already had it in the past

Sad thing is that they don’t. Idk about narrow pallet but my mother has a deep bite also. And they really don’t care about looks
