Narrow skull makes me look low t

Dimo is my #1 flaw and I’m 16 almost 17. wtf can I do to increase my dimo, I have a 1.8 fwhr with a slightly elegantes midface no where near horse face tho. I can’t grow any facial hair either despite my dad being able to grow facial hair since he was 14.
