Is there anyway to move the Nasal base/nose forward with bimax?

Any cases (before/after with surgeons) where this has happened?

Mirin the midface length change, this should be widely available. This is also the same thing the brazilian foid got right? quadrangular lefort, I wish it was more common
That's lefort 1, this isn't lefort 1, this is lefort 2.

And there's pretty much no midface length change lol,

this is not an impaction

His midface doesn't look way shorter to you? it does to me

There was no impaction, why would it look shorter

It only looks better, because his midface is now projected vs recessed before

that's what I mean, perceived length change in how it looks

Any other surgeons who offer this surgery?

Yarmechuk I believe stopped offering this a while ago
Probably some East Asian surgeons, dont know exact names

Good point, cuz that pheno requires this badly

If you come across some good results by some surgeons pls lmk, and ill do the same (for midface implant/paranasal implant)

I've read by other people that the paranasal area or nasal base gets advanced with LF1 too
Doesn't even have to be a high cut
