Nasal septum and bridge + Fixing under eyes

Can getting leaner make my septum more defined and my nose a bit slimmer (black genes made my nose broad asf) or is the only way through rhino? Plus how do you fix dark circles under eyes. I’ve been told other than my very low set cheekbones, they’re the things holding me back from a higher rating.
