I’m getting a septoplasty+turbinate reduction surgery to fix some functional issues I’ve had since I faceplanted at the skatepark at when I was 14. Additionally, I’m planning to remove my dorsal hump (edited before/after on the 3rd image), seeing that a straight nose is universally attractive, despite most women advising me not to get it done. It would obviously enhance my side profile, possibly even positively affecting my nasolabial angle by making my nose (either actually or apparently) upturned. I need advice on what procedure to get done on the tip of my nose to get an ideal nose to mouth width ratio, like damian kater’s (whose nose I find extremely ideal). I’ve thought about alar base reduction and tip refinement, but I’m open (and looking for, naturally) any advice. No I won’t cope with 1% hydrocortisone or betamethasone, as it wouldn’t fix its width, which I find to be the actual issue. Please send good advice.

Yes upturn slightly the tip

The alas could also turn inward more right now they seem almost parallel to the bridge

Please get the mole removed

Thanks. Also what do you mean by my alas being parallel to the bridge, is this from the profile or front view of my face?

Yours look more like green; red is better
Not exact Just approximating
At this point you might as well get a full septorhinoplasty though make sure you find a good surgeon

Thanks, this is what I thought you'd meant. Will tag you in results. Since I first posted this thread, I've decided I'm getting a septorhinoplasty with dorsal hump removal as well as slight tip refinement/upturning, and alar reduction, and I'll ask my surgeon if my alas would for this reason turn inward.
