they prevent nasbolial folds, make masseter muscles tiny so ur skinw ont be pushing up against ur philtrum area. Its dirt cheap too, only like 400-500, im getting it done in 6 days.

Whats ur bf? Its pretty clear in this picture. I remember having almost the same problem, but Im not as lean as I used to be, so I dont remember as much
But its ropefuel, getting down to a low bf and continuing with it clearly

i decided to only get chin filler. pyriform filler looks great at first but i highly doubt it will age well. so fat graft for nasofolds and under eyes instead. if everything goes well ill get it in a month
