Nasolabial folds. Help

Is this actually due to bone or due to soft tissue? I never had them, but now since I started leanmaxxing a few months back they are appearing. For some reason they arent visable in photos I take, but I can see them if I look in mirror. What to do?

NL folds are complicated a lot of things cause them
