Here’s me peak cut when I was single digit bodyfat, yet still had something that was fat looking which I later realized was water retention. From what I gathered this is probably from cortisol which is raised on a cut and bad sleep.

Now a few months later I’m eating on a slight surplus and trying to improve my sleep taking ashwaganda magnesium and all the supplements you can think but it’s still pretty bad.

Any highiqcels who know more about this?

In your case it is caused by deep canine fossa. Could only be fixed by fillers ig

dude, most people from that angle and in that lighting would have some nasiolabial folds showing, show a proper pic

There’s definitely definitely water retention, and yeah sure most people do have it but some don’t, especially successful models, chico in his prime, sean o’pry, david gandy…

And it’s transitient in nature since some people can randomly get it, sean o pry had it in an old interview I previously attached, dmitry bivol just recently got it after his last fight as a random example, and there’s many more…

That’s why my guess is something like cortisol/bad sleep, but perhaps its something else that’s why I’m asking for opinions

right, do you have the interview with sean o pry having them still?

Mate it is caused by the fat pad under your eye sliding/falling down due to gravity and accumulating to form nasofolds. I can see your undereye slightly hollowed out.

His case is not as obvious as mine but you can still notice he looks different than his usual very lean look

Wrong answer, it’s water retention

You’re a retard. You have clear hollowing of the undereye, pair that with nasofolds and the answer is obvious. Pop a diuretic and watch them remain there. You will see i’m right. You weren’t born will hollow under eye, the fat has gone somewhere, and that places is nasofolds.

what i found to be the truth about nasiolabial folds is that its usually caused by one or multiple of the following things:

Recessed Maxilla
Deep Canine Fossa
Too much Fat/Bloat in the Face
Losing too much weight too quickly
aging

everything else is bullshit

20%+ bf chad having none of that

I don’t think this matters for most unless they are obese to the point where the skin is stretched.
Deep Canine Fossa
Too much Fat/Bloat in the Face
People with shallow fossa don’t suffer from nasofolds usually at higher bf, only deep. So if you have a deep canine fossa leanmax will help.

I agree with the reset but another common causes is this like in OP:

You can see there’s no fat under his eye and it’s all slid down next to the nose forming folds.

Don’t resort to insults my friend, why do some people have and some don’t?

Why does it appear randomly in some people who never had it before?

Why did I have pitting edema in my body?

This is without a doubt caused by water retention

Diuretics indeed don’t work, and my guess its because that water is held through a different mechanism

I told you JFL. Different mechanism my ass. Broscience.org

Don’t resort to insults my friend,
I insult retards who can’t accept/see the truth after people try to help them. Your clearly wrong with your water retention theory if diuretics did not help.

That’s like asking why are some people recessed and others not? What’s that got to do with your case? Some people’s fat pads slide down, could depend on bone structure etc. Your fat pads under your eye lid down over time and accumulated. It doesn’t appear “randomly”, it happens over time. I don’t think you woke up one day and suddenly had permanent nasofolds did you? No.

Yeah gotta do fat dissolvers.

Clearly you missed when I mentioned the highiqcels part, did his fat migrate in 20 minutes?😹🤦‍♂️

For Nasolabial folds (smile lines):
- Cope with volufiline
- Get fillers
- Get PDO Threads (DIY works)
Also use SPF to prevent it from worsening and stop smilling :lul:

Maybe it’s called swelling from being punched you room temp IQ retard. Were you punched in your pic? No.
I hate confident stupid people like you, if it were to be fat it’d eventually go away with a calorie deficit like all fat does

Not to mention the biggest thing which is that it has a completely different look and texture than fat, and the water retention I had on the rest of my body.

And here’s your “broscience”

That’s mostly genetics but there are a couple of softmaxxes that actually work
