Nasolabial grooves deepening on one side

Why tf do I have deep nasolabial groove on one side, on the other side there's no folds or lines.

No under all lighting one side is way deeper than the other, my other nasolabial grooves is normal no folding at all

still haven't gotten a valid answer to this, tho i have been using tret so all the lines are gone but groove is still quite
deep

similar but i dont have folds jut some deepening at the corner of the nose

asymetrical maxilla perhaps as i only have it on one side
