This is what i wrote so far :

The measure helps the young people to get a regular daily rhythm, which means that they cause less damage.

It also helps the young people to get back on track and not to cause trouble.

The counsellors also help the young people with their schoolwork, which is good because they often have difficulties.

The meeting point also makes it easier to enforce further measures as there is only one meeting point.

after nazi germany bombed the netherlands, the government wanted to rebuild the country but this meant doing work that the dutch people didnt wanna do, so they hired guest workers to wageslave there. they were meant to leave eventually but they brought their wives and had babies and these babies were given dutch citizenship. thats why theres lots of moroccans and turks here because only morocco and turkey were providing these guest workers. as for surinamese people and indonesian people, they have a right to be in the netherlands as their countries were colonized and looted for centuries
