Some Latinos do have insane genetics, I should have since I have a black as a great great grandfatheryou're a latino, you really though you'd have good lift genetics? LAMOOOOOOOO

peak genetics
Yeah building muscle mass natty is a very slow process. I started lifting in July 2022. I've made progress. I'm 5'6" (167cm) 153.3 lbs 17.1% body fat according to my digital scale. If I didn't lift, I would be far more skinnyfat at that height and weight. But to be big and lean takes forever.Been working out since 2016 only to look whatever, if you don't have the genetics just do it for health tbh

I gotta COPE somehow. I have a gf. Might as well gymcel and fuck and cum inside my gf rather than going back to rotting and jacking off to BBC cuckold porn. Would I have a lot more free time on my hands if I quit gymcelling? Yes. But the whole reason why I started gymcelling in the first place is because I was depressed with my LDAR lifestyle.1,67cm!!!

Only Latinos with black genes tho but most have black ancestors tbhyou're a latino, you really though you'd have good lift genetics? LAMOOOOOOOO
black genes is more about non natty lifting, everyone will literally have 0 testosterone as a natty when super lean, its more about height and insertions, the shorter the betterOnly Latinos with black genes tho but most have black ancestors tbh
It's true. Normies who don't lift think that building muscle mass natty is easy. If it was easy, a lot more dudes would be jacked.Tbh. Majority of people nowadays unironically think mid level normie lifter natty can be achieved in a day or 2 lifting dumbbells at the gym. It is over
thats meremy jeeks
Exactly. I've been lifting for almost 18 months now. I'm in the gym now 4 days a week about 90 minutes average each session (some sessions as long as 2 hours, some as short as an hour). At 5'6" (167cm) 153.3 lbs 17.1% body fat I only have 127.1 lbs of lean mass. If I were to cut down to 10% body fat, I would be 141.2 lbs max (and that's assuming that I lose 12.1 lbs of body fat and 0 lean mass loss. Not a chance in hell of that pal). And go back to being small. lmfao. I used to have nice abs when I was 133 lbs and put up a shirtless selfie on Tinder. And no women gave a shit. Most of the muscular lean guys you see on social media and in movies are on steroids or SARMs.black genes is more about non natty lifting, everyone will literally have 0 testosterone as a natty when super lean, its more about height and insertions, the shorter the better

I don't go to gym I just lift weights at home
and my diet is mostly shit, so...
Diet for the gym is mostly over-rated. You just need some fast carbs for energy before your workouts if you train early in the day. And if you train later in the day, you can get the glucose you need from slower carbs and even fats from your earlier meals. Ideally you want fast carbs after your work out too to replenish your lost glycogen stores quickly. And also protein after working out. And some protein before. But when it comes to nutrition, it mostly comes down to eating/drinking fast carbs for energy before your workout. You will build muscle mass even on a low protein diet. I follow a high protein diet (1.8g protein per kg of bodyweight) because I'm trying to build muscle mass as fast as possible and I have some carbs before my workout and I try to get some carbs after (I'm cutting atm so the latter is more of a challenge for me right now. My focus right now is in trying to retain muscle mass during my little cut. But I don't want to get down below 153 lbs because I don't want to lose my gains.)same, working out since 2017

I dont get enough protein. It's impossible. I'd have to be a meal-prep autist and Im a lazy incel who doesn't leave his house. Even with supplementing 1+1/4 scoop per day (27g of protein) I'm below optimal level.Diet for the gym is mostly over-rated. I'm lazy when it comes to meal prep too. I just eat more protein powder to hit my protein numbers. I ate 86g of whey protein powder (58g protein) and 67g of vegan protein powder (46g protein) yesterday. My farts were nuclear af. And I took a big dump this morning.I dont get enough protein. just eat egg whites or quad scoop the protein, i literally eat 1 meal and then a 2k calorie smoothieI dont get enough protein. It's impossible. If those 50 year olds stopped training and ate the same calories, they would be skinnyfat bloatmaxxed tubs of lard.People always casually use the word "gymmaxxed" like it's automatically achieveable for everyone. Within 3 years. Such a brutal lie.
Just ask all those 50 year olds who are slaving in the gym damn near every day yet look like they don't even train.
38 god damn!If those 50 year olds stopped training and ate the same calories, they would be skinnyfat bloatmaxxed tubs of lard.
I'm 38. I looked like complete shit 18 months ago before I started lifting. Even though I weighed less then than I do now. Because I had like no muscle but still had a gut and love handles. I took pictures of myself from back then.
I don't think people realize how fat and skinnyfat most people are. Lean muscular Chads on roids/SARMs on IG are not representative of the general male population.
Nah natty body building is a jokeBeen working out since 2016 only to look whatever, if you don't have the genetics just do it for health tbh
