Have you ever used natural aromatase inhibitors yourself?

If so, which ones did you try, how long did you use them, and did you notice any real or measurable results?

Aromasin is good, be carefull wihh the dose and start low, estrogen is more importsnt thwn you think

I have no idea how much you aromitise, start at like 5mg every other day and see how you feel
