I’ve heard it’s ok to eat processed foods as long as it’s below your cals (when cutting) do yall think this makes sense or am I just wrong

if youre on a cut and only care about the number then yeah calorie in/calories out is all that matters

i was under the impression that was a given, he asked about processed food. let me clarify if your calories are low and protein is adequate the proccesed part does not matter. mb for assuming common sense exist here

Take a cats claw supplement and salt water after if you eat non gmo food will offset the damage

Whole Foods are great because of their micronutrient content and satiating effects (potatoes, meat, etc). It is definitely true that as long as you stay under a certain amount of calories you will lose weight no matter the food, but healthy food is much cheaper and you won’t feel like shit during the cut. I made this mistake myself and it sort of scares you off calorie deficits because of how wired and weak it makes you feel. You should be fine as long as you get enough major minerals & vitamins; these help vastly with health.
