no i mean beside any chemicals.
I only know of ashwaganda but the increase in testosterone is pretty small. Testosterone boosters you see in supplement stores are cope.

Onions, lots of them. My testosterone is so high that I feel like at any moment I can rape anything if they piss me off kinda feels like im on roids only natural

Try it, I thought it was a meme but ive always ate a lot of onions growing up. Go for mainly white as they taste better brown ones are too tangy and harsh for me but I assume it gives more T but so far im okay with white onions. (I eat 2 onions a week)

i think i eat more than 2 onions in a week because i love it already. i've not noticed anything but nowadays i don'T have a healthy life anyway.

You sound white or asian. I'm a beaner and when it comes to T usually Blacks and Beaners have unusually High T. Try uping your onion game and reducing things that dont bring T into your life like vydia and watching tv.

Some supplements like KSM-66 have a very minuscule effect

ngl, I tried every shit possible to raise T, it was the same in the end. Maybe if you are fat and get lean your T levels rise, otherwise if you already have normal sleep and no big deficiencies, you cant really raise T

tbh i'm have high bf and being in this form is a death sentence anyway.
i was more powerful when i was skinny last year.
however i'm looking for herbs and things to boost up naturally. I'm not expecting huge difference but even %6 boost is a good way to get.

Leaning down would give you more T than any supplement
You can make a blood test, make sure not to be defcient in any vitamin or mineral, esp vitamin D and zinc

Isn't this more a regulator than something that will increase the t level ?
It increases T because it raises LH and FSH, making the testicles produce more T. Some studies say that the T levels can double or triple.

Some people use it in PCT to boost testosterone production after the suppression due to the cycle.

Not sure but so long as you eat them tbh every body is different and reacts differently
Is caffeine good for muscle gain? Im hoping its at least neutral to it because ive been feeing down lately

I usually drink flat coke for energy reserves. But brush your teeth afterwards if you do so your teeth dont rot
