Im 15 , 125 lbs, and is 5,9
Im a pretty late bloomer for puberty and trying to max it out. I have pretty good foward growth, i have braces in rn. My biggest problem would be my orbitals, zygos, and cheekbones. My diet is pretty good I eat lots of red meat, carbs, calcium and eggs. My sleep is ass I go to bed at 2am and wake up at like 1pm. I've been doing research but everyone promotes like peptides and hgh but I prob can't do it.
