I have a naturally lifted lip and it causes me to have a really short philtrum and I’ve been doing philtrum stretches and they won’t work? So I’m considering philtrum lengthening surgery so I can become on par with the number one ranked chad

Depends on the Chin/Philtrum, Midface and rotation of the maxilla, but definitely possible it’s a normie surgery.
