NCR starting this week

Not seen much posts on NCR for sphenoid realignment so I thought I would document it to see if it works for fixing asymmetry. I must note I am having chiropractor sessions weekly for 3 weeks to fix posture and align my atlas/c1 vertebrae. I will make a post weekly for 4 weeks.

im gonna be honest, i started doing it because i had a deviated septum so i thought pumping a baloon in there daily will fix it but im way past that now and scheduled a rhino already.
