1st job, constantly on edge of being fired for being "lazy" (i did the same shit others did but ig when i do it it's bad). Ended after the season ended

2nd job: illegal construction job (GOATED JOB) cool people and very good pay, the only job where i felt good more or less

3rd job: fired after 3 months because I didn't click with coworkers and they kept talking behind my back

4th job: fired after 2 WEEKS for "being incompatible with the company's philosophy" btw all other coworkers were women in their 30s or 40s, annoying ass foids

5th job (current one): i've been employed for a month, but every second I fear being fired and I don't know why. I am extremely paranoid that again I wiĺl get dropped and will somehow have to pay the bills.

It feels like every action I make justifies firing me. It is probably over. I am feeling it in my gut I will get fired soon. I fucking hate this shit. How are people able to retain jobs?

At my 2nd and 3rd job managers were all women and I could literally feel how they were cucking me to be their slave and I never did it so I got fired.

When I show a glimpse of confidence everyone immediately tells me I am arrogant and disrespectful.

I was in goated job when everyone loved me from the start, now Im at a gig where bully subhuman woman is trying to torment me, I took way too much pregab for weeks to even cope, but in the end, as always, turns out im just better than everyone else at the job, so they offered me to extend/ contract or next project,
I declined these pieces of shit, had another one incoming with way better people thank god

The only jobs I've been able to keep for a prolonged period of time as an ND were jobs where you mostly work alone and don't have people up your ass all day. I can't work jobs in customer service or dealing with the general public.

Yes when you have a long term contract. You can only get that once you have a degree and apply for your specialty. The jobs I work are so called minijobs where it's like service, reception etc. Here you get treated like shit and can get fired at literally any moment.

Yes technically they have to give a 2 weeks notice, but they are not obligated to give you any working hours during those 2 weeks
