Near death experience with mouth tape

So I’ve had mouth breathing and drooling problems during sleep and this night I had enough I looked around the house and looked for tape and couldn’t find thinner tape so I found black tape I put it on and went to sleep

It was like in 3pm my eyes fucking shot open my nose was stuffed and I was muffling trying to rip the mask of and my finger keeps slipping of the tape I ripped it off
It was terrifying bruhh

I was sweating crazy

My lungs felt like they were gonna collapse and I was just staring at a wall like what the fuck bro

What happend during the day school

1. Area around my mouth was red I looked retarded

2. Shakiness

3. My dick felt weird as fuck

4. Discoloured lips

5. 1 of my arms It was hard to move it had like a lack of blood flow problem I believe

And other weird shit if it’s comes to mind I’ll say

Moral of the story DO NOT FUCKING DIE BECAUSE OF A RETARDED LATE NIGHT DECISION

You don't even need mouth tape. I went from mouthbreathing to being able to sleep with my mouth closed all night.

You need to sleep with your head slightly raised on a pillow, and push your chin inwards towards your neck. When you do that, your tongue should automatically push against the roof of your mouth. Then you just have to train yourself to fall asleep in that exact position.
