I grew mine .8" in 2 months but I started at 14" jfl

0.8" in 2 months is pretty sickomode tbh.

I wanna grow mine by 2 inches if its possible
It feels horrible tbh neck training is hell. Can make you feel sick for hours after if you train till failure

Just have to keep at it

I did the exact same as the guy in the video

I have a 3 day split and train every day. So first day will be the front, second day sides, third day the back.

week one: NO WEIGHT, 3 sets of each, neck curls, sides, and neck extensions


day 1: 10 reps for each/set


day 2: 20


day 3: 40


day 4: 50


day 5: 60


day 6: 70


day 7: rest



week two: 5-10 LBS


day 1: 10 reps for each/set


day 2: 20


day 3: 40


day 4: 50


day 5: 60


day 6: 70


day 7: rest



week three: 10-15 LBS


day 1: 10 reps for each/set


day 2: 20


day 3: 40


day 4: 50


day 5: 60


day 6: 70


day 7: rest



week four: 15-20 LBS


day 1: 10 reps for each/set


day 2: 20


day 3: 40


day 4: 50


day 5: 60


day 6: 70


day 7: rest




week 5: 20 LBS


day 1: 10 reps for each/set


day 2: 20


day 3: 40


day 4: 50


day 5: 60


day 6: 70

After that you can either keep increasing or maintain it by training it 2-3 times a fucking week, focus on slow reps and perfect form

I know, ive tried.

Its absolute aids. Worst part is that i barely feel sore the day after. So it feels like a waste

Once you stop for a few days your neck will shrink fast. Neck grows fast but also shrinks fast if you don't train it. When i used to train neck i had sleep apnea after

I went from 15" to 15.5" (unflexed) from September to October while on a cut, stopped training a few weeks ago and I'm at 15.25" now.
Chads have naturally thick necks without training them.

Not if you dont progress on reps and use weights mate
I will try only progressing on reps for the next 4 months. Aka doing twice as much reps each month.

I do not have the money for weights or harness currently.
 


good channel for wrestlers but dont do this without easy variations first

PM me if you want to know easy variations for neck bridges or youtube it

DONT DO THIS WITHOUT DOING EASY VARIATIONS (NECK BRIDGES WRESTLING)

I did it at the end of my workout the other day after a high volume routine and i could barely make it to my car and stumbled on the ground as soon as i made it in my house no joke
Funny bald dude

Idk but it feels like shit, especially if you dont have a harness and have to use the bench stack- plates- on -head- method
