I have a 3 day split and train every day. So first day will be the front, second day sides, third day the back.

day 6: 70

week three: 10-15 LBS
day 1: 10 reps for each/set

day 4: 50
day 5: 60
day 6: 70

week four: 15-20 LBS
day 1: 10 reps for each/set
