Neck Lipo — before or after jaw advancement surgery?

This was my first thought.

But then I thought: it’s not possible to 100% lipo an area and the thinner the fat, the less you’ll get out overall.

Thus perhaps getting it extracted before jaw surgery, before it’s “stretched thin” will allow for insane jaw definition after surgery that post-surgery lipo could not achieve. Or looking like a corpse. I’m unsure.

Idk, would guess before but i know jack shit abt mse since i have like a 2.2 fwhr.

Could be, but bimax gave me a tight af submental. Better to get bimax/genio before and see wether lipo is still needed or not, might save you some money.
