Right now I have a forward head posture, and when I try to fix this my lower back just falls forward and creates anterior pelvic tilt, making me feel discomfort. Is it possible that my COM has shifted towards center? And how do I fix it?
I have speculated about training abs and sternocleidomastoid muscles, but I feel like overtraining the second one will just drag my head more forward due to overtraining contraction. How do I make my head to be in normal position always, not just when I engage my back neck muscles consciously?

Neck isometrics will help with neck posture. Training your core muscles will help fix anterior pelvic tilt.
