Training this thing is never gonna give me neck width because clavicular origins are too close to the Centreline and my mastoid process is not wide enough.
Over for mastoidcels.
Meanwhile if I train my trapezius I'm going to end up with that shit, sloped shoulder bodybuilder look.
And all those little muscles like the scalenes, I have no idea how you'd hit those, they are mainly stabilisers.
Any comments on this?
