on sarms right now and training neck with heavy weights

Before and after pics? My neck and traps are the worst aspect of my build.

I need to start doing neck exercises asap but I feel like I will look retarded on the gym doing them.

Yea I really hope neckmaxxing stays lowkey, it's literally the easiest softmaxx anyone can do and most people who lift neglect it. the neck has tons of androgen receptors so it responds to new stimulus really well. https://looksmax.org/threads/how-to-train-neck.4005/ , this is the one I'm doing, day 5-7 becomes absolute hell lol but it'll be worth it

There's a reason why you can look at any wrestler and ufc fighters headshot and know they're a badass, they all literally train their neck. Wrestlers do neck bridges iirc but those are a bit risky.

wrap a 20lbs plate in a towel and lie flat on a bench and place the plate on your forehead, then move head up and down
how long to get noticeable results? would just doing it with your own body weight be enough?
 
I got a naturally thick neck so it’ll look ogre
 
Also posture is important too. I think some people say ur chin should be tucked in to where if you go back against the wall the back of ur head can touch without arching ur back. It seems a bit excessive but it automatically flexes ur neck and makes it look thicker if u had forward head posture. Fighters are taught to keep their chins tucked exactly like that too. It kinda does ruin ur side profile aesthetic tho

noob gains come fast just like training any other part of the body
