Serious question here.

I’ve been reading and watching alot of stuff to do with neck training and I’ve seen some pretty good transformations on it.

I just want to know if this is some other fucking shitty cope technique that’s been popularised of if neck training genuinely ascends you a bit

I need to know!!

Neck training makes you look more masculine and is scientifically proven to make men on average appear more attractive. However, there's a lot of cope around neck training, that it's going to raise your hyoid bone or "tighten" your jawline, I think all of that is pretty bullshit. But that aside, it works.

Off topic but wasn’t there a study on some hyoid exercise actually working

Appreciate it 👍👍

It's not cope. But if you already have an average width on your neck don't expect any significant ascension, but I still recommend it.

If there was I never read it, but frankly, my aversion to anything hyoid related is more logical/speculatory, being absolutely honest I've never tried targeted exercising for the hyoid (I used to do chin tucks and do consistent neck training, but not for my hyoid, and I don't think I've seen any improvements), but if you have anything, surprise me, but currently I'm leaning toward the belief that it doesn't work.

Neck training is the best thing you can do to yourself. You can ascend in any aspect in your face by doing it.

@thecel could you send a morphed picture of someone with thick neck and with without it??

just don't over do it. if you're short you'll end up looking like a goblin.

Stick to neck curls without weight is fine. and once a week do Shrugs for your traps.
