I am a 16y male & weigh 94kg at aproximately 25-26% bf
I am going to start a cut within the end of february aiming towards 19-20% (I know that it's not a low bf% but I am not wanting to go lean yet)
My goal with softmaxxing is to reach forward growth and improve my jawline aswell as my eye area. My current plan to achieve this is by applying castor oil and dermarolling my eyebrows for more volume. For jaw I want to do chin tucks (3x15 w 5 sec pauses between reps) and neck curls (3xfailure), I am wondering if training masseters by chewing exercise is good.
Also I am concerned about the fact that my jaw sets at different heights on the left & right side (attachment bellow), is that something to worry about?
Does that sound as a solid routine and would people be interested in weekly updates on this forum or would it just be unneccessary spam?
