I've got good facial bone structure, pretty tall (6'1) age 16, decent gains yet i have almost no facial hair, no armpit hair some leg hair but not as thick as others my age, dick is like 6.5 inch x 5 inches

What is wrong with me? do i have low testosterone levels? I'm 17 in 6months
Any supplements i can take?

also im a late bloomer, hit puberty at like 14 i think
