I've been looking in the mirror, and I accept I'll never be handsome

But I just want to fix big failos

My ears are the thing which sticks out the most (figuratively and literally)

I want to get them cut and shaped differently so they don't look so weird from front view

How much will this cost?

Is this even possible to cut out my cartilage?

Will I get permenant nerve damage?

If your only getting it pinned back do local anesthesia

yes it’s called an otoplasty and google says the average cost for this procedure is 3k-5k usd, but if you wanna save yourself some money apparently it’s 2k on average in turkey just do some research before jumping into it

i have small ears but ever since having long hair you dont see them at all, same would apply if they were to be big why dont you just grow out ur hair to cover it? women do it all the time btw cartilage remembers its shape after 5 years it will look almost the same just a heads up

Long hair doesn't suit me. My ears are too big and long. Hmm so there's no permenant fix for this?

Damn... Well, Otoplasty would work for you. Consult a professional, it depends on each case.
