Need advice on eyelid surgery after facial trauma

I had a car accident in the past that affected my face, especially the eye/eyelid area.

Since then, I’ve noticed changes in:
• upper eyelids (possible excess skin / asymmetry)
• overall eye aesthetics

I’m considering upper blepharoplasty and want realistic, technical feedback..
