Need advice on my appetite suppression stack

I’m on 2mg Reta rn and it’s not doing enough for me rn so I’m looking into adding something with it. I was either gonna stack cagri or semaglutide with my Reta.

cagri- more expensive, fair bit of appetite suppression from what I’ve read

Semaglutide- cheaper than Cagri and Reta, LOTS of appetite suppression

Obviously the ideal scenario would be to just run more Reta but I’m not in the financial situation

Please drop advice and what you think of this
