D3 6000IU daily
Multivitamin cuz i eat like shit (will try my best to keep consistent clean foods) daily
Creatine 5g daily
K2 MK7 180mcg daily
omega3 1000d EPA 1000 DHA 900 daily
zinc picolinate 30mg daily
magnesium glycinate 400mg daily

any corrections or advice would be appreciated, im not really educated on right dosages but this is what it managed to scrap from other threads.

If i missed some important supplements please tell me.

looksmax wise it's shit because abundance of nutrients doesn't change hormonal signaling
& it's major cope at a young age when you have sufficient hormones & high nutrient absorption capacity
when you become old & your absorption capability goes down, you're at a higher risk of catching deficiency & get slightly worse bodily functions.

haircut
preventing skin problems (with retinoids & prescription meds)
make-up
surgery
steroids (for muscles)
are the only legit stuff.

Vitamins etc. are cope

If you're in your mid20s or older than ghk-cu/ retinoids

im 19 186cm skin clear, can u give me recommendation on roids,hgh or peptides which i should take i have that in plan too, if you dont mind could you also tell me where i can get roids and peptides in private chat im having a hard time finding anything. Thanks man
