need advice on post inlammatory erythema

need some advice on PIE i got rid of acne completely from accutane 60mg a day (im still on it) but ive got no scars and just these red marks on my face which is called PIE ( post inflammatory erythema) ive scanned everywhere looking for a fix for this, ghkcu isnt gonna do anything since its blood cells which are raised to the surface of my face jfl so i genuinely dont know a fix for it. has anyone got any advice?

0.1% tret, vitamin c serum, niacinamide, azelaic acid, and make sure u use sunscreen (spf50+), also you can derma stamp at like 0.5ishmm which'll help get rid of PIE as well. Just don't derma stamp too often as it'll just create unnecessary irritation (like 2x a week should be fine). It takes some time to get rid of PIE, so you cant expect to get rid of all of it in like a month or smth, just use these things and it'll improve over time.
