I'll be getting my all in one gym machine from Christmas this Sunday

Max weight on this is 130kg
Only reason I'm getting this is bc I can't go to the gym I need to be 16 or above
I also have a bench

I also do handball on Tuesday and Thursday from 19:00 to 20:30 and have a match on Sunday thinking about stopping that shit since my teammates are ass and I just want to be a happy gymcel

my current physique is in the attachments

Lmk if there's a better split for me

At ur age just do compounds Bench, Deadlift and Squat (in moderate rep ranges dont go for below 5 reps and screw urself). U don't need some overcomplicated split just spread ur workouts throughout the week and eat well.

Ur still essentially a child (no offence) so just do the fundamentals then in a couple of years when ur 18 or so u can start focusing on isolation. Goofs sell routines online but at the end of the day just listen to ur body. Id recommend deadlifts one day take a day off then bench, a day off then squats then take 2 days off and restart. U can throw some other light work in with tht if u wnt to.

No ur too young they block dht which is important for dick growth. Also they are needed to block hair loss which isnt a worry at ur age. Just train and worry about tht stuff when ur in the 19-22 age range.

Nah dont do it serious I think he didnt read ur post fully lol and addresing u like ur an adult. Dht is important fo secondary sex characteristics (penis size, body hair etc) so blocking it at ur age is a terrible idea.

Just do Push Pull Legs Push Pull literally the only working split. Everything else is cope
