I am having a meeting with my surgeon tomorrow regarding my saddled infraorbital implant design. Need advice on what I should talk about.

Here are my pics (I know I’m balding btw)

I am also planning on getting trimax as well.

Here are the planned measurements:

- 4.5mm LF1

- 10.5mm BSSO

- 1.5mm Genio

What’s the point of genio if it only 1.5 mm and not making wide or taller for the sub mental area ?

Bro my smile is already shit, barely any teeth show (SFS). Doubt it can get worse lol

Surgeon did say there is a small risk of posterior gummy smile though, but it can be fixed with a gum removal procedure

Yeah let me get advice from a bunch of incels instead of just doing a good surgeon do his work (There is no way you're going with someone else than Pagnoni if you want saddled infras anyway)

Just tell him you want to get rid of your infraorbital deficiency and want to look more healthy.
1.5mm genio is alright, I'm not a doctor but overdoing the chin area is the worst thing someone can do.
The after simulation looks good.

Depends on the surgeon. Saddled Infras from eye surgeons would only affect eyes.

In fact non saddled infras are basically just cheek implants

Well malar implants cover more of the midface compared to infras from my understanding
