Need advice on weight loss.

I'm obese between 9 and 18 yrs old i went from skinny to obese. I want to lose weight but i'm embarrassed to go to the gym because of how fat i am and i don't have anyone to go with so what's the best exercise i can do for weight loss without going to the gym? Also I need dieting advice i can diet but the food is really boring and that uncomfortable feeling i get when im hungry makes it hard to stay on track so what are some tips for ignoring my hunger when i diet?

(Also right now the gym is closed because of coronavirus)

99% of your weight loss is diet and exercise is just a bonus and couple of hundred calories burned. It all boils down on calories in and calories out no matter how cliche it sounds. Calculate your TDEE which will give you a base, 7700 calories is one kilogram/2 pounds, remember the calories of regular food you take or read it and look up into common intermittent fasting (eating windows like 16/8, 20/4 or 23/1) which help you to not feel hunger, don't drink calories and you can also try to eat less carbs (empty and many calories plus easy to overeat). I used to go on many diet and failed exercise regimens which failed miserably cause i had the wrong mindset ignoring the food part and thinking you lose weight by running until limit not knowing that those 300 calories i burned were negated by drinking 2 liters of soda (800 calories) same day, but the moment i learned about my TDEE, calories, tracking, and food nutrients i lost 25-30 kilograms in less than a year easily. I was eating only meal a day (around 1200 to 2000 calories), i ate junk food, sweets as long as they were in my caloric window and i drank Pepsi Max nearly every day, of course i had days where i overate but that shouldn't discourage you just like not seeing scale move down for few days or even a week. The most important thing is if you are determined to lose weight you don't start tomorrow, next week or next month, you start now from today. One thing i would change during my weight loss is to start lifting at beginning and not when i lost all the weight cause i lost so much muscle that my body was basically pure fat, if you start lifting now you will retain most of muscles if not gain some while also burning fat in same time. Also remember that walking is cardio and you can lose around 500 calories by walking 2 hours a day at normal pace.

I have a huge problem with carbs they make up most of my diet i drink like 2 cans of soft drink a week so i don't think it is that. the only other things i drink are water and milk. My problem is i eat to much and it's almost always carbs sometimes it's meat but i rarely eat healthy.
 
I went from obese to normal weight all at the age of 12-13. I didn't know much about fitness back there and if i did i would include some resistance training, but i knew that i have to eat less, healthier and engage in some basic activity, so i started running (and if u don't like it choose any other cardio exercise) everyday and my diet consisted of normal food, just no junk, minimize liquid cals and include calorie dense foods which give you less calories per 100g. When u are hungry stick to basics like green tea, chewing gum.. the point is that when u are that fat your hormones don't work well enough to regulate your weight, so u have to put some real effort, but it's worth it.

Imagine being 3 inches im obese and my dick is still bigger than that.

If it was that easy i wouldn't be such a fat fat i got no control.
