Need Advice on What to Say to Get Diagnosed with ADHD

I'm really struggling and need some advice. I've been feeling like something's been holding me back for a while now, and I suspect it might be ADHD. I'm meeting with my social security psychologist today, and I want to make sure I communicate my symptoms effectively to get a proper diagnosis.

For those who've been through this process, what should I say or focus on during my appointment? How can I best describe my experiences and symptoms to ensure the psychologist understands my situation?

I've been feeling like ADHD might be the reason I'm stuck and not finding success, which is making me feel like I'm just rotting away.

You realise doctors are encouraged to diagnose people with ADHD?
If he doesn't live in some shithole, (where he can get the ADHD meds without a prescription anyways) he'll def get diagnosed with it.

Most other first worlds are just like America, they're all westernised.
Unless you're talking about something like Norway, Finland etc then yeah, they probably won't.
