need advice+routine on my acne

so I have a weird pimples only on my jawline, not on my nose, or cheeks, or forehead, but like the jawline-chin spot, i thought that is because of bad shaving routine, so i stopped shaving for 2 weeks and there still was this weird bumps, also fuckass dark heads or whatever on my cheek, more like close to nose area, and nose also
there are also some red spots, but this is after a cleanser i think
i need an routine advice

im from russia and there is no grey market on shi like this, only on fucking copetides like ghk cu and steroids, but not a skincare, maybe im not searching well enough, also my skin was perfect clear, but after topical ghk cu and topical minoxidil it became like this

Tretinoin can help with acne scars and acne in general
if nothing helps you may take accutane

should i run like really small dosage

not reaaally small, people take high dose to get it off quickly but that can be drastic, just stick to 20mg

At least where I live if you say it is unresponsive you can get accutane. You could try other retinoids first tho like adapalen

star with .05 if not enough go .1
