It’s not about risks more about inherent effects. Hair loss, temper change, gyno, acne, need to take test for rest of life

I’m not opposed to getting on yet later in life, but got tested and am 700 ng/dl which is good and above average

Good maxilla, eyebrows and browridge. Nose apart from phenotypical curvature common in middle eastern countries looks good and symmetrical from the front especially. Zygos are decent and also good skin and facial hair
Cons:
Round cuck eyes with lots of uppereyelid exposure and negative canthal tilt, lipshape is weird, face looks bloated and lacks angularity overall just poor bigonial width, jaw lacks definition, high gonial angle with poor ramusmass and recessed chin/jaw . Hair seems to be thinning too.

Apart from the procedure u mentioned u will do you should leanmax and gymmax and do something against balding.

Yup am gonna do BSSO + CCW + Genio. Definitely gonna consider implants or HA paste. Any surgeon reccs? Am consulting w Ramieri, Raffaini, and Alfaro soon

I would wait to do bimax CCW first, and then see if anything else is necessary. Bimax can change almost all of the features on your face, so you will have to reassess harmony.

As someone else said, photo quality is not good.
