i need brutal honest advice on what to do next, start saving up for hardmaxxes, what the fuck am i supposed to do?

the only hope i have left for me is maybe growing a tiny bit since everyone in my family grew late and i'm only 5'11 at 18.5
thought about getting my growth plates scanned and pinning gh if they're open.
