Im new to org and want to know What softmaxes should i start doing to ascend . I am doing neck curls and low jaw stretches and i Think i see some Progress in my jawline . I thoight about taking minoxidil for eye area and hydrocortisone to make my nose slimmer .

eat a ton of hard foods and raise your test naturally, spend alot of time in the sun aswell and fix your diet you look unhealty
Even a 20% raise in testosterone levels from "good habits" is going to do jack for his health, you are just spreading bullshit.

I was on 300mg/week of test p for 14 weeks, and now 400mg/week of test e for an additional 12, my face has not changed whatsoever even with supernormal levels.
My anecdote is relevant because my testosterone levels are far higher than just an extra 20%. My pre-cycle total testosterone was ~750ng/dl running off of 4 hours of sleep. I am now sitting around ~4,000ng/dl with my current cycle.
You're just a fucking idiot. This stuff has already been debunked by me and plenty others.
