do neck exercises to thicken it up. Your neck is home to some of the fastest growing muscles in the human body, I knew a guy who gained an inch in neck girth within a week. It'll get rid of the pencil neck which is your biggest flaw ngl.

Other then that you look fine OP. Just tan up if possible (heaps of guides around here) and shave the stubble so you dont look disheveled. Maybe grow the hair out half an inch
