Get bimax with local Canadian surgeon(which would be covered by insurance so free) OR get the bimax with a good surgeon like Ramieri but obviously not free and i would have travel all the way to Italy

the only reason anyone even knows who ramieri is is because someone accidentally went to him thinking he was raffaini

No way hahaha. Im thinking of going with Pagnoni now bc im also thinking of getting infras and supras. But im still going to consult both. Do you think hes better than Ramieri and Raffaini for trimax?

I have no idea. I haven't seen enough trimax results from Pagnoni to judge.

Depends on the complexity of your movements and how fine tuned you will need them to be.

If you just need simple linear advancements that any skilled surgeon can perform, it might be worth it to save the money and go for the free one. Just make sure you look at past results and ask about what technique he/she uses.

I've also heard that you can consult with multiple surgeons in Canada before choosing which one to go for, which is great tbh
