I was thinking of saving up for sliding genioplasty, canthoplasty, infra implants, saddled supra implants and maybe some fat grafting. It's never gonna happen anyways since it's over 25,000€ but yeah I guess I can just dream about what it would've been like if I was a well developed HTN
