It’s for the top of my head. For the front I already got grafts out of my donor area (side of my head)

you could always chemicaly treat it to remove the coarseness

You should take finasteride for about a year then decide about the HT.

I'm against such drug tbh, but in your case you gotta save your hair...

butt could do tbh but no punt intended my friend got a hair transplant and he legit just used chest and leg hair and it did great wonders im sure butt would bej ust as good but that's kinda humiliating im negl to know that girls will rub your hair and it will be transplanted from the butt lmfao

I may be wrong, but there are major differences between scalp hair and body hair; for starters, body hair is usually thinner, shapeless, and doesn't grow as long as scalp hair.
