need beginner weight loss routine

im 5'7 163lbs (15 years old) and need a weight loss routine i can stick to. im more than willing to put in the work but i dont actually know what to do, anything from weight lifting to cardio im down for. ill take any advice i can get.

ive read that thread from top to bottom, seems like it only covers dieting and doesnt go over anything workout related unless i missed something
 
not to mention that since im still somewhat developing physically i need to take growth into account and cant deficit too much
