I am 14 and 3 months, 178cm, tanner stage 3.8, 175 pounds, skinnyfat ish but kinda built some muscle and increased bone density over time (I believe?)
Spent most my life skinny, been in a consistent calorie surplus past 8 months ish for development.
So I’m pretty sure if I keep putting on fat I’ll start to harm my development, so I was considering this:
Weekly schedule
6 days maintenance-200 calorie surplus
1 day 24h fast - break fast with high glycemic index foods etc etc (need some help with whet to break my fast with)
I’m pretty sure this will keep me in a weekly deficit, the fasting will induce healthy benefits including things like hgh, and I will maintain decent growth due to not being in a deficit everyday.
Thoughts everyone? (I love you guys SO MUCH)
