Long term term drugs you can use (take this with a grain of salt), are pregabalin and tramadol. They give you low inhib and they're less damaging than ecstacy but you can still end up dependent on them. Do more research on them.

What drug are you currently taking? I have a few friends that take tram and its working pretty well for them. It's a very very weak opioid so it gives you the benefits of no anxiety and gets you talkative with 0 inhib, but again it's an opioid so be weary
