need edits to my shitty schedule

I'm 16, 5'10", 145, with little muscle. I still need to debloat my face (will post face in a dif thread), what can I do to improve my day-to-day life and future? This is ALL I do in terms of health.

the schedule is the same every day and I started it about a week ago
morning: water, banana, shower, cerave for very light acne, and minoxidil for the eyebrow area
mid-morning: water
noon: water, low sodium high protein meal
afternoon: HIIT
evening: water, low sodium high protein meal, shower
night: cerave for very light acne and minoxidil for eyebrow area, sleep for about 9 hours

most of my friends follow a similar schedule, this is not only for me but for them and anyone who sees this.

I should've started some way to make money by now cz I'm 17 in a month. I have a 136 IQ and was born in the most middle-class household u can imagine. I still don't have a clue what to do w the rest of my life as a junior in HS, could use some tips here

You need to eat more so your belly can become more round aka reach the golden ratio from Fibonacci sequence
