Need educated opinion on isotretinoin dosage

Running 10mg for 2 months now
Amazing results (knock on wood)
Think I’m a hyper responder cuz only after a week everything shut down, 0 breakouts anymore. 0 sides either, not even dry lips.

Upped total androgen load and I’m noticing some small whiteheads on my back again but nothing major.

Now my question is, should I increase to 20mg ed? To get it over with quicker and reach cumulative dose faster, and combat these whiteheads better?

Bro genuinely best decision I ever took ngl, I eat slop 24/7 sweat 24/7 and I get basically 0 pimples, without iso my face would be a battlefield LOL

No harm in going up to 20mgs, although if you plan on using long term that’s a high dose

And don’t stop. Perma low dose isotretinoin or bust (5mg ed/10 eod).

I'm on copious amounts of isotret jfl. yea increase the dose, dry lips/skin is rather good imo and means ur sebum production is getting nuked

like chad said u can add a topical anti androgen like clascoterone (approved). but i wouldn't bother ngl

That's really low. I was 53kg and started off at 20mg. In the end i was eating 40-45mg a day . What's your target cumulative dose?

That can be risky though. If you get severe dry eyes there's really nothing to fix it

Im guessing it’s probably an androgen reason as Jonas and Chad said up the dose of Isotret and consider adding CB-03-01. Both have practically no down sides on doing so, especially Isotret which is heavily fear mongered I think the actual percentage of people who have liver changes is only ~15% from the top of my head (so 85% ish of people experience no change in their liver)
