Need eye maxing help

I need soft max tips for eye maxing and also a bit of base eye rating and what to do to improve these are my
Morning eyes but they deteriorate by evening I need help to improve please all help will be appreciated

There are almost no softmaxxes for eye area expect for growing out eyebrows and lashes and dye eyebrows, else surgerymaxx. The image quality is a bit blurry try to make a better quality one please
